This turned out to be a pretty good read. I wasn't sure I'd like it at first, but it was quite interesting.
I really liked this book. I felt the pain Granada had after she realized how much different her life should have been.
This was really well written and put together well, and it held my attention all right, but it just wasn't for me.
NOTHING happens in this book. Big drama fans would love it, but I need more action in a story.
A young slave girl gets pulled into an apprenticeship with an old slave woman (a healer) and totally resents it. They argue, the girl storms off, she comes back, and it repeats over and over.
